- 2 cans Farmer’s Choice Cocktail Sausages
- 1 pack Penne Pasta
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 cup chopped Onions
- 1 small can Tomato Sauce
- 1 pinch Complete Seasoning
- 1 chopped Green Pepper
- 2 cloves chopped Garlic
- 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Heat oil in a deep large skillet. Place Farmer’s Choice Canned Cocktail Sausages, green peppers and onion in the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add complete seasoning, stirring occasionally. Toss with cooked pasta and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
