- 4 Farmer’s Choice Seasoned Burgers
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices blue cheese
- 1 onion
- 6 button mushrooms
Lightly grease Farmer’s Choice Seasoned Burgers and place on the
grill with medium heat. Turn the burgers after 5 minutes on each side.
Sauté onions and mushrooms on the side in sauté pan.
Top the burgers with onions and mushrooms while on grill, add 1 slice
of blue cheese. When cooked to desired temperature, remove and place on
toasted bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, onion and tomato.
