- 6 ounces Farmer’s Choice Deli Delight
- Luncheon Meat (cut into small cubes)
- 1 pack penne pasta
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 6 ounces tomatoes (large dice)
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Chopped parsley (for garnishing)
- Basil (chopped)
Place penne pasta into boiling salted water and cook until al dente.
Heat up a sauté pan with the olive oil. Sauté the garlic and onions, add the diced Farmer’s Choice Deli Delight Luncheon Meat and cook until slightly browned on the surface. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add penne pasta into the sauté pan, add salt and sugar, stir to combine well. Garnish with the parsley and basil and serve immediately.
