- 2 Farmer’s Choice European Sausages
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 Red Sweet Pepper
- 1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Complete Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- 4 oz. Breadfruit peeled and cut into large dices
- Salt and freshly ground Black Peppe
- ½ Butternut Squash
- 1 tsp. Butter
Place diced breadfruit and sliced squash to boil in salted water until tender. Drain and cool.
Heat pan to medium heat; add seasoned chicken breast with Cajun seasoning and complete seasoning and sear in sauté pan. Add Farmer’s Choice European Sausages until brown on both sides.
Deglaze with chicken stock to pan and place in oven at 350 degrees to finish cooking for 15 minutes.
Sauté bread fruit with herbs and olive oil. Sauté sliced red peppers in butter and add squash, season with salt and pepper.
Plate the breadfruit with sautéed squash then top with sausage and chicken breast cut into half.
