- 10 Farmer’s Choice Chicken Drumettes
- 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 lbs. Potatoes
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 2 oz. Butter
- 2 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Peel 2 lbs. potatoes and boil in salted water with the garlic until tender to crush.
Mash potatoes with butter, pepper and cheese.
Heat vegetable oil in medium sized frying pan. Add Farmer’s Choice Drumettes; do not over crowd the pan.
Cook until golden brown and cooked on the inside.
Mix honey and mustard in a bowl and toss cooked Drumettes into honey mustard mixture.
Plate cheesy mashed potatoes with Drumettes.
