- 1 Farmer’s Choice Veggie Burger
- 1 burger bun toasted
- 1 oz. olive oil
- 1 oz. mayonnaise
- 1 large onion
- Local lettuce
- 1 whole tomato
- Vegetarian cheddar
Rub oil on Farmer’s Choice Veggie Burger and season with a touch of
salt and pepper. Place burger on hot grill and cook on both sides
evenly for 5 to 7 mins. Add cheese.
Place 2 slices of onion on the grill until slightly charred. Place lettuce on toasted bun along with tomato, and onions. Top off with grilled cheeseburger and serve.
